007Quick answers
- What size should each slide be?
- Zlide keeps your source resolution. 16:9 slides — 1200 × 675 and up — post cleanly to the X timeline without recompression artefacts.
- Which format should I export?
- PNG for text and UI graphics, JPG at quality 85 for photographs. Smaller files survive the platform's recompression pass better.
- Do my images get uploaded anywhere?
- No. Everything runs in your browser with the Canvas API. Only thumbnails and settings are kept, and they stay on this device.
- Will the seams show?
- Not if you use the bleed slider. A 0–8 px overlap hides the crop edge, and a re-stitched export shows no visible seam at 200% zoom.
